Then fills with 80%-86% mineralizer, the cultivated material is the smelt quartz, the granularity is approximately 2 centimeters, with very clean surface, can not contain the dark color inclusion and the solidification inclusion. The growth speed: the thickness of the seed crystal surface will increases 0.6-1.2 millimeters per 24 hour (per day). More than 10 days will reach 1 stove and get approximately 150kg of high quality synthetic quartz crystal in one growth process. During the process can synthesize various colors of synthetic quartz crystal, including yellow, green, purple, blue, brown, greenish brown isochromatic, etc. |
