The process method of synthetic quartz crystal

We adopt water hot process to produce synthetic quartz crystal. The machine is the high-pressured cauldron, outer diameter is 46cm and length 3.7m, inside diameter is 41m and length 3cm. The rate of the solution is 147 cubic centimeters. Each stove may grow approximately 150kg quartz crystal in one process.
 
The solution temperature is approximately 336-380 degrees, the crystallization (crystallizing point) is approximately 330-350 degrees, the difference of the temperature is smaller than or equal to 50 degrees, pressure is 1.1*10 8 power of exponent pa to 1.6*10 8 power of exponent pa (1.1*10 to the 8th power - 1.6*10 to the 8th power).
 
Then fills with 80%-86% mineralizer, the cultivated material is the smelt quartz, the granularity is approximately 2 centimeters, with very clean surface, can not contain the dark color inclusion and the solidification inclusion.
 
The growth speed: the thickness of the seed crystal surface will increases 0.6-1.2 millimeters per 24 hour (per day). More than 10 days will reach 1 stove and get approximately 150kg of high quality synthetic quartz crystal in one growth process.
 
During the process can synthesize various colors of synthetic quartz crystal, including yellow, green, purple, blue, brown, greenish brown isochromatic, etc.
